THE CARBONELLI FAMILY
We have been running the business with enthusiasm since 1989 and keep it authentic as it was since the very beginning.
The idea came from Antonio and Adria Carbonelli who, with the help of Paolo, Damiano and Liliana, started the business back then and they have been running it with passion, creating a place that nowadays is a reference point along Sabaudia coast. Sabaudia Beach is a historic resort which has been linking many people together Summer after Summer and welcoming every year loyal customers as well as many new guests.
Today, we are hosting our beloved customers always driven by the very same passion and helped by the new generation of the Carbonelli family.
It’s a great pleasure taking care of our guests in this little corner of paradise!

“Da anni apprezziamo la location "unica" con la buona cucina e l'accogliente servizio di Maria e del Suo staff. In un selvaggio e allo stesso tempo curatissimo ambiente immerso nella flora delle dune di Sabaudia, si possono ammirare meravigliosi tramonti con le isole pontine che si intravedono sulla linea di confine del mare con il cielo.
